This 9mm cartridge by Wolf sports a 115 grain projectile, the lightest bullet you’re apt to find on a factory loaded round of its caliber. Its recoil isn’t all that jarring as the result, making for a range round that you can fire comfortably all day long if you like.

A Wolf round’s defining characteristic is often its steel casing. Steel poses some disadvantages, its inability to be reloaded chief among them, but because its cost is just so significantly lower than that of brass its advantages are something well worth considering. Wolf fixed steel’s problematic tendency to jam a semi-automatic weapon by coating the casing with a very thin layer of polymer. It reduces friction, and doesn’t burn off during ignition to foul up the chamber.

This cartridge is equipped with Wolf’s Berdan primer, which is reliable enough to guarantee proper ignition as well as proper cycling in a semi-auto. This round’s propellant burns as clean as the non-corrosive primer that sparks it up.
