You know a rifle cartridge is becoming more mainstream when Russian manufacturers start offering a budget-friendly steel-cased version of it. Case in point: this 300 AAC Blackout ammo, by Wolf!

This is a supersonic target round, with a lightweight 145 grain FMJ projectile that delivers a flat trajectory throughout the 300 Blackout’s effective range. It’s a simple enough target shooting bullet that comes with only one caveat: Its bimetal jacket is mostly steel, so it is in fact magnetic. But you will appreciate the economical bimetal FMJ at any range where you’re allowed to fire it!

Wolf also keeps their production costs lower by loading new production steel cases. They’re not expensive like brass – but they're not reloadable like brass, either. Wolf’s cases are glazed with heat-resistant polymer, which helps prevent corrosion as well as feeding jams in a semi-auto rifle. Wolf’s cases are also socketed with non-corrosive Berdan primers.
