Winchester's Train & Defend system of ammunition was engineered to help new and inexperienced shooters become more proficient and confident with their firearm. The system matches affordable, lead-free range rounds (marked "T" for "Train") with effective self-defense rounds (marked "D" for "Defend"). The two rounds are ballistically matched, with almost identical performance.

This package contains 200 rounds of Winchester Train & Defend 380 ACP ammunition. Each of these "Defense" rounds is loaded with a bonded 95 grain jacketed hollow point (JHP) projectile. These rounds feature Winchester's advanced bonding technology, designed to provide excellent weight retention, reliable expansion, and powerful threat-stopping terminal performance.

This ammunition is factory fresh and features boxer primers. Each round is loaded in non-corrosive nickel-plated brass casings. The nickel-plated brass increases the visibility of these cartridges for easy loading and chamber checks, even in low light conditions. It also makes these "Defend" rounds easy to distinguish from their brass cased "Train" counterparts.

Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 950 feet per second with 190 foot pounds of energy, these loads are ideal for self-defense applications.
