Got some pretty unique 9mm training ammo in store for you today, stranger! This cartridge has a light 115 grain bullet and a powerful propellant charge, which is why it boasts a wicked hot muzzle velocity of 1,320 fps. Although it isn’t designated as 9mm +P, you’d better treat it like 9mm +P all the same. Fire it in +P rated firearms and you should be golden!

This cartridge is loaded with a full metal jacket flat nose projectile. Use it just like you would any full metal jacket round nose bullet: for target shooting, plinking, and emergency stockpiling. Although it can’t deliver terminal expansion, the FMJ FN’s nose profile is more injurious to soft tissue than a standard FMJ RN. Hollow points are still better for self-defense, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Despite what its name implies, Winchester Service Grade ammo was not previously supplied to the military. These cartridges were manufactured at Winchester’s factory, given plain brown military-style packaging, and then shipped to companies like Target Barn for one single purpose: the general public’s target shooting pleasure.
