If you carry Speer Gold Dot hollow points, you should train with Lawman ammo. These 9mm Luger cartridges produce the same external ballistics and felt recoil as their Gold Dot cousin without the added expense of a sophisticated hollow point bullet. This makes them ideal for range use.

Each cartridge in this 50-round box fires a heavy 147 grain total metal jacket bullet at 985 feet per second. TMJ bullets help prevent lead from entering the air as the round is fired, making them the best choice for indoor shooters. This is a standard pressure subsonic load.
