Speer Lawman ammunition is the best training load for those who carry Speer Gold Dot hollow points, but it can serve any shooter well on the range. This .45 ACP ammo produces the same external ballistics and felt recoil as its Gold Dot counterpart at a fraction of the cost; this is a win-win, since there's no need for the expanding properties of the JHP during target practice. In effect, shooting Lawman ammo enables you to "shoot what you carry" affordably.

Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a heavy 230-grain total metal jacket (TMJ) bullet at a muzzle velocity of 830 feet per second. TMJ bullets are a great choice for indoor shooting, as they are fully encapsulated and do not release much lead into the air when the cartridge is fired.

This ammo is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using non-corrosive Boxer primers from Speer's sister company, CCI. Lawman ammunition uses reloadable brass casings.
