Maybe you’ve got the quickest draw in the West, and you intend to keep it that way through a steady regimen of target practice. Maybe you have never fired a 357 Magnum revolver before, and can’t wait until your inaugural trigger squeeze. Whoever you are, Remington’s Performance WheelGun series ammunition always makes a reliable choice for target shooting.

This cartridge features a relatively simple bullet: the lead semi-wadcutter. We like a solid lead bullet for shooting steel silhouettes, because it can’t bounce jagged little bits of copper back at the firing line. We also like an LSWC for blowing holes into bullseyes, silhouettes and other paper targets. The LSWC doesn’t punch out quite as clearly defined a hole as a standard wadcutter, but it gets the job done nicely and it is also comparably easier to feed. It’s compatible with lever actions as well.

Remington’s Kleanbore primer has been a part of American target shooting for almost a century. Their brass cases are freshly minted at their Arkansas factory, and they are always suitable for handloading.
