Behold! The evolution of the Core-Lokt! This 243 Win hunting cartridge features Remington’s state-of-the-art Core-Lokt Tipped – a bullet which delivers a flat-as-an-arrow trajectory and dominating terminal ballistics.

This round’s 95 grain bullet doesn’t just owe its awesome accuracy to its “Big Green Polymer Tip.” The match-grade bullet’s rearward situated center of gravity, concentric jacket and ballistic profile all do their parts to raise its G1 ballistic coefficient to 0.355. That means a 200-yard trajectory that peaks at 1.47”, and a minimum of 1,000 ft lbs energy transfer within 380 yards.

The Core-Lokt Tipped still features its precursor’s locked-together jacket and core. The bullet remains intact enough to reliably tunnel its way to the quarry’s kill switch, and it only makes matters worse for said quarry by carrying out double-diameter expansion.
