PMC manufactures this ammo in South Korea. Unlike their neighbors farther north, PMC does not put steel in their bullets. That means you can confidently fire these rounds at ranges which have banned magnetic ammo. The 60 grain jacketed hollow point projectile wears a notched jacket, which is designed to split apart more evenly during lower-velocity penetration of a soft medium.
