This shotshell is loaded with the maximum 1-1/8 ounces of shot that is typically permitted for trap and sporting clays. Its 1,200 fps muzzle velocity provides that snappy trajectory you want working in your favor while you’re taking aim at a fast-flying clay, but it’s not so fast that you’ll have to tolerate unusually strong recoil.

This shell’s #8 shot pellets provide what many shooters consider to be ideal range and spread for shattering clay. Such hard lead pellets have no trouble staying round under pressure, so they avoid spreading outward and providing an ineffective pattern downrange.

This ammo is outfitted with consistent-patterning wads, reliable Federal primers and clean-burning powder. Once all 250 of these rounds’ eight-segment crimps have opened up, you can close them back up again to great effect at your reloading station.
