Caleb Giddings started writing with the Target Barn team in 2019 but his experience with guns and a keyboard goes way back.
Caleb’s competitive shooting days got their start while he was in college. At that point, he was int he National Rifle Association’s Collegiate Pistol program.
Giddings started to garner attention as a competitor on the first season of The History Channel’s Top Shot – a television program that was essentially a marksmanship competition. His team won three challenges during his time on the show in 2010 but eventually, Caleb was “eliminated” from the competition in the fifth episode.
The revolver enthusiast has worked in gun shops and written for countless publications including his own Gun Nuts Media and Recoil Magazine. Today, Giddings lives in South Florida and serves with the United States Air Force.
