This .380 ACP ammunition from Winchester's Train & Defend series is a great choice for target training with your carry pistol. Each cartridge in this 50 round box of "Train" ammunition fires a 95 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 950 feet per second.

The award-winning Train & Defend line consists of matched pairs of inexpensive FMJ rounds and premium hollow points designed for self-defense. By loading each pair to produce the same external ballistics and recoil, Winchester makes it possible to conduct high volume training at a relatively low cost.
